The Villa Barbaro di Maser was built in the 1550s by architect Andrea Palladio, with frescoes on the interior by Paolo Veronese. In Bassano del Grappa, The Ponte Vecchio (aka Ponte degli Alpini) was a bridge that was also designed by Palladio. Bassano is also known for its ceramics, and its eighty-proof moonshine called grappa.
