      Our memberships do include an automatic renewal within the terms and conditions of the membership. The reason for your Premium membership auto renewing is in order to avoid interruption, therefore the Annual Premium Membership is charged approximately 10 days prior to the end of your current term. An email notification will be sent out 45 days prior to your expiration date. We do this to ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits.

      You can contact us at anytime to cancel your membership by calling our customer service tam at 1-855-888-1803.

    Very disappointed in this website. Not easily searchable. Now not easy to cancel membership. Cancellation should be possible online, without havinv to call duting your business hours of 8-4:30.
