      Our memberships do include an automatic renewal within the terms and conditions of the membership. The reason for your Premium membership auto renewing is in order to avoid interruption, therefore the Annual Premium Membership is charged approximately 10 days prior to the end of your current term. An email notification will be sent out 45 days prior to your expiration date. We do this to ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits.

      You can contact us at anytime to cancel your membership by calling our customer service tam at 1-855-888-1803.

    May I opt out of auto-renewal? I don’t appreciate being notified that is what I signed up for after I had signed up. If not, I will cancel.

    I am notifying now via email and also did so last week requesting confirmation from your end but have not received any notification. Thankyou Maureen #523692 If I had known of Auto Renewal I would never have signed up in the first place bc of this inconvenience that is occurring now
